To use the Flash Phone Option for your conference calls you will need to have access to a microphone
and speakers. This may be built into your computer or you could use a headset. Without
speakers and microphone you will not be able to speak or listen to the conference.

Contact your participant(s) Give your participant(s) the link to the Flash Phone
and the Access Code or have them dial 1 712 432 1701 and enter the same Access Code.
You must include the date and time of the conference.

Start your conference. At the agreed time everyone dials in at the same time
and enters the assigned Access Code, and your conference call is under way.
